  • We understand that Texas weather can be crazy! If it looks as though rain or bad weather may be in the forecast we will reach out to discuss indoor options or rescheduling options. Please note all perishable items are non-refundable even if the weather is less than ideal.

  • We understand life happens. Your picnic can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. A refund will be issued to the purchaser with a $50 non-refundable deposit fee deducted from the total amount. Perishable items will not be subject to a refund or rescheduling. 

    Cancellations less than 72 hours of the scheduled date will not be subject to a refund.

    No-shows or late arrivals are not subject to a refund—this includes no-show guests after the final guest count is submitted 1 week prior to the scheduled picnic.

    Picnics booked 1 week or less from the picnic date— final guest count is the total number of guests paid for at the time of booking

    Rescheduling: Rescheduling events must be done at least 72 hours prior to the event. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original date. 1 reschedule per client/booking.

  • Yes, you may hold a specific date for a $50 non-refundable fee. This fee will also go towards your picnic.

  • Yes! We offer payment plans for picnics booked 3 weeks or more in advance.

    • 3 weeks out- 50% down, 50% due 1 week prior to the picnic

    • 4+ weeks out- 40% at time of booking, 30% payment 1, 30% payment 2.

  • ​No. You are welcome to come and go as you please. However, you are responsible for the picnic items until we return to pick them up. We kindly ask that you give a 30-minute heads-up that you will be leaving the picnic early and you wait until a team member arrives on site to clean up.

  • We’re so sorry a guest could not show up! While we understand life happens, unfortunately, no refunds will be given to no-show guests after the final guest count has been submitted and paid for 1 week out from your picnic.

  • Yes! All of our services come fully customizable! If you would like a more detailed consultation face to face or via video chat please book a 1 hour in-person consultation for $50.

  • We are more than happy to sell you a Dreamy Creation craft kit! Choose from our local pick-up option or shipping!
