Sunflower Field Picnic at Western Belle

Service Description

LIMITED TIME OFFERING STARTING: Friday-Sunday May 19 to June 11 Setup for up to 6 people. Please reach out to Victoria at victoria@dreamypicnicstx.com prior to booking if you are a Western Belle Farm season pass holder (you receive a discount) or would like to add additional guests beyond 6. What's included: - 1 hour of picnic time - 2-6 place settings - admission to Western Belle Farm (2 and under are free)—activities available only during operating hours. After hour picnics will not include farm activities. - fresh squeezed lemonade or sweet tea - snack tray with fruit and light pastries - take home vase & sunflowers - tablescape  - mini canvas paint activity - wooden table  - floor cushions & pillows - letterboard with a custom message - ring light with tripod  - Bluetooth speaker - games - flat & sparkling water - ​​picnic essentials: hand sanitizer, trash bin, and sanitizing wipes Please note-- this Dreamy Picnic only includes a small snack tray. You are more than welcome to BYOF (Bring your own food)! Please reach out for an optional charcuterie or sandwich add-on. You may also purchase food at Western Belle Farm during operating hours. You will be invoiced upon booking. ​

Cancelation Policy

Services can be canceled by the purchaser at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. A refund will be issued to the purchaser with a $50 non-refundable deposits fee deducted from the total amount. Cancellations less than 72 hours of the scheduled date will not be subject to a refund. No-shows or late arrivals are not subject to a refund Perishable items will not be subject to a refund or reschedule. Rescheduling: Rescheduling events must be done at least 72 hours prior to the event. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original date. 1 reschedule per client/booking.
